Hi again its been a while but we have had a busy few weeks. Here are some pics from a range of jobs we've been involved with in the past month. The variety is the great thing about photography, we are always doing something different. Ive been full time at this for over 20 years and still love what I do. We had a great time during a very very very cold wedding in late September. We were employed to shoot the first gold pour for Castlemain Goldfields Ballarat Mine with this shot from 1 Km under ground. The Victorian Premier Ted Baillieu spoke at a function for Committee for Ballarat. We are lucky to be involved with the people at Sovereign Hill and are often there for all types of events etc. The swimmer is Shayne Reese Olympic Gold medalist swimming in the MS Aust. 24hr mega swim. We also had a job for the City for the cover shot of their 2011 annual report, trying to line up a rowing crew and a dragon boat while shooting from small motor boat was bit of a challenge. And the bikes are at the start of the Herald Sun tour at Sovereign Hill. The next few months to Christmas are just as busy and we are still finalizing our new studio build which should start going up in the next month as well. Stay tuned Cheers Andrew

Just thought I would show off some products we have available. The acrylic wall displays we have had for a while and the acrylic tile have been included just lately. Both look great and we have a special on some of them at the moment. Here are a couple of pics from recent jobs as well. Chester the goanna was probably the most challenging as I don't think he was having a good day, it was a bit hard to get a smile. Cheers Andrew

Just a quick hi from all at PHOTO DESIGN. This being our first post with lots more to come in the near future. A bit of background to start, we are a professional photography studio based in Ballarat, Victoria. Day to day our main work is baby and young family portraiture but mixed in is commercial and product work as well as weddings and pets. Really a bit of everything which means never a dull moment. Add to that a energetic 2 year old and a new puppy called Bob at home and its hard to decide which is more hectic. Anyway over the next few days we have to shoot a dance school, about 15 studio appointments, a display home and a commercial shoot for Sovereign Hill as well as a Kinder starting Monday.
